When you run your business, you must know how your business performance by measure it. You need performance indicator to measure your performance. By knowing this indicator, you will know about progress towards your business goals. One of the success business key is performance goals that you must achieve every time to achieve short and long term goals.

You should be discussing this to your entire employee, take a meeting. Tell them what your business goals, ask their goals and it must be balance. Your goals should be measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. And the employee goals should be challenge the employee, stretch their ability to succeed and develop skill for future opportunities. Another important thing is to solve the problem to reach the goals. Analyze it together to get the solutions. Final step is writing your performance indicator that should be acceptable, understood, measurable, and meaningful. Special thing, you can add reward if they can achieve more than the goals that you expected from them, because this sometime can increase the performance.
