Small Business Goals Example

Want to run small business? Of course, every one wants it. Before you run it, you must write small business goals as a part of business plans. Are you familiar with a goal? I think yes, but how about ability to reach your goal?

The consideration thing for writing business goal that they should be clear, specific, realistic, attainable, measurable and timely. This is small business goal example:
1. Short term goals
Breaking down long term goals into short term business goal, for example income $100 for first month.
2. Long term goals
You have goals what your business will be after five or ten years, for example you have 2 branches after five years.

Next step is to write your goal on worksheet. For example make column for goal (what), strategy (how), responsible job (who), due date (when) and status. The important thing about business goals is the follow up to achieve the goals.
